Vice Chair

Robynne Sisco is vice chair at Workday with a focus on building and strengthening relationships with global finance leaders to help build preference for Workday and expand the company’s footprint within the office of the chief financial officer (CFO). 

Robynne, who joined Workday in 2012, previously served as co-president and led the company’s finance, global procurement, and internal audit organizations. Prior to that, Robynne spent nearly six years as CFO and, before that, served as chief accounting officer.  Prior to joining Workday, Robynne was chief accounting officer and corporate controller at VMware, served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer at VeriSign, and served as assistant controller at Oracle. She also held senior finance roles at Visa, General Electric, and Ford. Robynne has served on the board of directors for Unity Technologies since 2017 and for Lyra Health since 2021.

Robynne holds a master of business administration degree in finance from Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting from Claremont McKenna College.
